Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $15 USD/hr with flexible hours. This is a freelance, 1099 opportunity with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs for free. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic situations aloud.
Bachelor’s degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
Comparing AI-generated image/video pairs and judging which follows the prompt better.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
Rating outputs on dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise English explanation.
