Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your feedback helps shape how advanced AI systems learn and improve in real-world tasks. This is a freelance, 1099 contract with flexible hours and up to $15 USD/hr, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain decisions in writing.
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounds.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, errors, or misalignment.
