Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media from anywhere with a flexible schedule. Work involves live conversations with AI voice models, evaluating image and video outputs, and explaining what went wrong, all remotely.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
• Able to think quickly and articulate thoughts during realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, misalignment, or audio/video mismatches.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and provide written explanations of observations.
