Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, remote schedule. You will assess live conversations with AI voice models and compare image/video outputs, scoring for realism, alignment to prompts, and clarity in explanations.

Work from home or while traveling, with weekly payments and access to industry-leading LLMs. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and able to articulate precise, evidence-based feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication in everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems such as distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing a concise, English explanation pointing to observed issues, across relevance, quality and realism.
