Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare AI-generated images and videos, and write explanations in writing about what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your schedule.

As a freelance 1099 opportunity, work is flexible with weekly payments. Earn up to $15 USD per hour, with additional incentives through Missions and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Ability to think on your feet and articulate reasoning clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs to judge alignment with prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions or misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English.
