Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked off in writing, all on your own schedule.

Work remotely with flexible hours, paid weekly, and access to leading LLMs. Rates up to $15 USD per hour plus additional incentives, with compensation that reflects expertise and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates are fluent English speakers with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to explain observations clearly.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Writing concise explanations in English describing what looked or sounded off.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or audio/video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism.
