Outlier is recruiting remote evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule from home or while traveling. This freelance, 1099 role offers flexible hours and opportunities to influence AI systems’ reasoning and learning.

Frequent access to leading LLMs, weekly payouts, and performance incentives are part of the package. Applicants from multiple countries can apply.

Formación

• Fluent English and clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail with the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.

Responsabilidades

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt more closely.
• Writing an English explanation describing what you saw or heard.
