Job summary

Outlier is seeking freelance contributors to train AI models by engaging in live English conversations with AI voice models and evaluating responses for naturalness and usefulness.

Contributors will also compare AI-generated images and videos, assess alignment with prompts, and provide concise, evidence-based written feedback. A bachelor’s degree or higher and strong English communication are preferred, with flexible remote hours.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what you observed and why.
