Job summary

Outlier, an AI training platform owned by Scale AI, is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and compare media against prompts.

Work remotely on your own schedule, with weekly payments and opportunities to earn incentives. Applicants from several countries worldwide are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Nice to have a Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based English conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated media and judge alignment with prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or text and audio mismatches.
• Write concise explanations in English detailing observed issues.
