Job summary

Outlier, an AI training platform operated by Scale AI, is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and evaluate model performance. You’ll engage in live conversations with AI voice models, rate responses, and write concise explanations.

Work remotely with flexible hours across multiple countries. Earn up to $15 per hour with additional incentives and weekly payments via PayPal, AirTM, or ACH transfer.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to review or replay content.
• Able to think on your feet and explain situations clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based English conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatches.
• Write concise explanations in English pointing to what you saw or heard.
