Outlier is seeking freelance English-speaking contributors to help train AI models by evaluating live conversations, ranking how natural and clear each utterance sounds, and judging AI-generated images and videos for adherence to prompts.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Ability to explain judgments clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism and writing clear explanations in English.
