Outlier is seeking English-speaking contributors to help train AI models by evaluating live conversations, image and video prompts, and outputs. You’ll listen, rate naturalness and usefulness, and write concise explanations in English describing what you heard or saw.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication and everyday conversational speech.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Ability to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI models in English and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
Rate outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and write specific English explanations.
