Outlier, an AI training platform owned by Scale AI, is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and write precise explanations on what looked or sounded wrong, all on a flexible schedule.

The role involves inspecting images, videos, and audio, rating adherence and quality, and delivering concise written feedback.

Formación

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Good attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and speaking through realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-text mismatches.
• Provide written explanations pointing to observed issues, in English.
