Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Economics or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in agricultural consulting, farm management, or advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of diverse agricultural systems relevant to South Africa.
• Ability to analyze complex agricultural data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Excellent communication and virtual collaboration skills.
• Experience in remote client management and advisory services.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert remote consultation on crop management, soil health, irrigation techniques, and pest/disease control strategies.

• Advise clients on the adoption of new agricultural technologies, including precision farming tools and data management systems.
