Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented professional in Ontario to support VWGoA/VGCA and VW/Audi dealer remarketing mobility programs. You will manage package creation, title research, and compliance while coordinating with multiple internal teams.

Ideal candidates have a diploma in business management and 2–4 years in automotive retail or leasing, with strong communication and organizational skills. Proactive, independent workers will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Support VWGoA/VGCA and VW and Audi Dealers with customer-focused Remarketing Mobility Programs services.
• Fulfill remarketing mobility programs accurately and on time.
• Create packages and validate terms, MSRP, and buyout prices.
• Ensure packages are received by required deadlines.
• Audit program packages for compliance and completeness.
• Process and reconcile daily check requests and dealer refunds.
• Review, research, and resolve dealer inquiries and follow-up.
• Follow up on past-maturity Service Loaners to ensure satisfactory disposition and asset protection.
• Act as liaison among NAR Remarketing, VW and Audi dealers, VCI/VCCI, field personnel, brands, marketing, and other internal areas.
• Organize daily Dealer Service Loaner workflows to meet goals and KPIs.
• Conduct title research and ensure timely title release using company and vendor systems.
• Resolve title transfer rejections with DMVs, title vendors, service providers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor state changes in Service Loaner titling, including electronic titling, and recommend improvements.
• Research and document state sales tax guidelines for Service Loaner units.
• Oversee buy/sell processes for Service Loaner units and educate incoming dealers.
• Support IT projects including UAT testing, upgrades, and changes.
• Assist the Dealer Services Team with phone calls and administrative tasks.
• Support other NAR Remarketing responsibilities and perform assigned duties and projects.
