Position: Relocation Project Manager

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for leading successful relocation projects? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, delivering exceptional results for clients? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Relocation Project Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Plan and deliver all MAC activities within an assigned portfolio.
2. Process large furniture reconfigurations, AV, and large project move requests.
3. Ensure data accuracy within move management and operational systems.
4. Provide updated floor plans to maintain occupancy information.
5. Ensure compliance with all key performance indicators.
6. Proactively manage project-related issues.
7. Coordinate planning meetings with clients and key stakeholders.
8. Prepare and review project status reports, invoices, and financial tracking.
9. Prepare RFPs and vendor service levels for projects.
10. Focus on meeting client and project requirements cost-effectively.
11. Incorporate best practices into all projects.
12. Manage MAC processes per policies and procedures.
13. Manage supporting suppliers and evaluate vendor performance.
14. Ensure completion of all project documentation.
15. Maintain and develop client relationships.
16. Communicate available products and services as a subject matter expert.
17. Adhere to company policies on time, expenses, ethics, and business practices.
