The Project Manager will plan, execute, and oversee cloud-related projects within the Oil & Gas or Utilities domain, ensuring they meet client objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to best practices in cloud implementation and security. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management methodologies, risk management, and IT infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution:
    • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with technical teams.
    • Manage the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
    • Oversee cloud-related projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Collaboration And Communication:
    • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
    • Facilitate clear and consistent communication to address issues and keep all parties aligned.
  3. Tracking And Risk Management:
    • Monitor project progress and performance using tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.
    • Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans to address potential issues.
  4. Best Practices And Reporting:
    • Ensure adherence to best practices in cloud implementation, security, and compliance throughout project execution.
    • Promote Agile or other project management methodologies for efficient workflows.
    • Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and achievements.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6–9 years in project management, preferably in cloud migration, implementation, or IT infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with Oil & Gas or Utilities domains is preferred.
  • Technical And Methodology Expertise: Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and risk management.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39.30/hour - $61.40/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
