Interior Health's 100 Mile Hospital seeks a relief part-time Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to lead patient care coordination and support a multidisciplinary team in the community. The role emphasizes leadership and adherence to professional standards.

Rotating day shifts Tue-Fri, 07:00–16:24, with opportunities to contribute to staffing, training, and patient-centered care initiatives. This position ends Oct 17, 2027, or upon return of the incumbent.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Advanced preparation in the clinical specialty of the assigned area, three years of recent related clinical experience and two years recent supervisory and teaching experience or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and coordinate patient care services in a multidisciplinary team.
• Practice in accordance with BCCNM standards and a patient- and family-centered care model.
• Lead and support the team to deliver exceptional care to the community.
