Job summary

Interior Health's 100 Mile Hospital seeks a relief part-time Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to lead patient care coordination and support a multidisciplinary team in the community. The role emphasizes leadership and adherence to professional standards.

Rotating day shifts Tue-Fri, 07:00–16:24, with opportunities to contribute to staffing, training, and patient-centered care initiatives. This position ends Oct 17, 2027, or upon return of the incumbent.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Advanced preparation in the clinical specialty of the assigned area, three years of recent related clinical experience and two years recent supervisory and teaching experience or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification required.

Position Summary

Join the team at 100 Mile Hospital as a relief part-time Patient Care Coordinator (PCC). This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and organized healthcare professional to provide leadership, coordinate patient care services, and support a multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional care to the community. This relief position is available until October 17, 2027, or until the return of the incumbent.

The position works rotating day shifts, Tuesday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:24.
