Interior Health is seeking an experienced Person and Family-Centered Care Coordinator to join the team on a full-time term until November 9, 2027. The role offers a flexible work location within the IH region of British Columbia and focuses on PFCC data, reporting, and collaboration with public/patient partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a Health Science related field.
• 3–5 years of coordination, quality improvement or project management experience.
• Experience in quality improvement methodology is an asset.
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as PFCC subject matter expert to ensure PFCC priorities are met.
• Coordinates PFCC projects across Interior Health and supports strategic planning initiatives.
• Streamlines processes and ensures PFCC policies are followed.
• Recruits and onboard public/patient partners for IH committees and advisory councils.
• Develops and maintains PFCC reports and related documentation.
