Qualificações

• ECE diploma/degree and registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with children and families.
• Experience with diverse communities and community partners.
• Knowledge of Child Care and Early Years Act (2014).
• Certifications: First Aid/CPR, Safe Food Handling, NV-CI training.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and evaluate day-to-day program operations with staff support.
• Plan programming using How Does Learning Happen? and Tools for Life.
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment for children.
• Provide quality, play-based supervision for all children.
• Ensure licensing compliance and program needs are met.
• Welcome and engage clients from diverse backgrounds.
