Job summary

Martin-Brower is seeking a Reliability/Project Engineer to identify, manage, and improve equipment run time and preventative maintenance. The role involves hands-on design, installation, and commissioning for a new distribution centre project in Vancouver while supporting existing operations.

Initial months focus on onboarding and training; candidate will travel to Calgary and Oshawa for knowledge transfer, approximately one week per month during the first four months to gain exposure to

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge in refrigerated warehouse environment.
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; report writing abilities.
• Proven track record in a continuous improvement environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily checks on refrigeration equipment and perform repairs or adjustments.
• Monitor and adjust equipment to lower utility costs.
• Conduct regular facility tours to ensure equipment and building safety.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs and respond to emergencies.
