Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in automated manufacturing environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience with automated filling, capping, labeling, vision systems or related equipment.
• Ability to train and mentor new employees.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize OEE.
• Support line changeovers and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain electronic records in CMMS for maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering and Reliability teams.
