Job summary

Apotex Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Production Maintenance to lead a multi-shift maintenance team across mechanics, EITs, and automation specialists. You will ensure work complies with cGMP, SOPs, and safety policies while scheduling daily maintenance and driving reliability improvements.

As part of the production leadership team, you will develop metrics, guide performance, and support initiatives to enhance product quality, equipment productivity, and personnel safety across three shifts.

Qualifications

Engineering degree or technical diploma/trade certification/education and equivalent experience.
Demonstrated leadership experience with direct reports and performance management.
Strong numerical, statistics, and trend analysis skills.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an asset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Provide results-oriented leadership driving continuous improvement in line with Operations Strategic Plan.
Coordinate, supervise and review all maintenance activities and outcomes.
Develop systems to measure productivity and individual performance.
Lead safety and quality initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies.
