Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Reliability Engineer to focus on long-term monthly and quarterly issues, analyzing historical data from the CMMS and Production Loss System to prioritize reliability improvements.

You will design and implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies using IBM Maximo, drive root cause analysis, and contribute to safety, product quality, and efficiency across the plant.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process manufacturing or industrial equipment design environments
• Understanding electrical standards such as IEEE, NEC, NEMA is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and CMMS (Maximo would be an asset)
• Experience with plant planning and scheduling, shutdown procedures and best practices
• Knowledge of vibration analysis or condition monitoring is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement corporate preventive and predictive maintenance systems using IBM Maximo
• Implement cost-justified maintenance strategies and reliability best practices at the plant
• Provide CMMS related training to end users and adhere to Maximo SOP
• Continuously improve maintenance systems to enhance safety, product quality, and efficiency
• Analyze production losses due to downtime, rate reduction and waste to prioritize root cause analysis
