Under guidance, you will contribute to reliability programs aimed at reducing downtime and total cost of ownership while gaining hands-on experience in industrial reliability practices. The role of the Reliability Engineer - Co-op Student is to support the identification and assessment of risks that may adversely affect plant or business operations. Working under the guidance of the Reliability Engineering Manager, the student will support the development and execution of reliability and asset management initiatives aimed at improving equipment performance, reducing unplanned downtime, and lowering total cost of ownership. The role provides hands-on exposure to industrial reliability engineering practices while contributing meaningful improvements to plant operations. The student will be assigned defined reliability projects with clear deliverables and receive technical mentorship and supervision throughout the work term.
