Job summary

TechDoQuest seeks an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead Agile Release Train events and coordinate cross‑functional teams across multiple programs in Canada. You will manage risks, dependencies, and impediments while driving continuous improvement using metrics and KPIs.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Owners, Scrum Masters, architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and release readiness. Strong SAFe/Agile expertise and DevOps familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in software delivery, project/program management, Agile coaching, or Scrum Master roles.
• 3+ years as Release Train Engineer or in a scaled Agile environment.
• Strong SAFe, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean understanding.
• Experience facilitating PI Planning and large scale Agile ceremonies.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and release management processes.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or similar.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Release Train events such as PI Planning and System Demos.

• Monitor ART performance using metrics and KPIs to drive improvement.

• Facilitate effective communication between teams and stakeholders.
• Assist teams in planning, forecasting, and delivery management activities.
• Ensure visibility of program progress, milestones, and release readiness.
• Drive problem solving and decision making to remove blockers and improve flow.
