The role requires at least five years in banking or credit unions, CFSA or equivalent cert, and post-secondary finance education.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years helping customers in banking or credit unions.
• CFSA designation or willingness to obtain within 18 months.
• Post-secondary education in finance or business.
• Solid understanding of day‑to‑day banking, lending, and investments.
• Sales and relationship-building skills to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Get to know members on a deeper level to deliver a positive experience.
• Match member needs with core banking, lending and investment options.
• Collaborate with branch teams to identify insurance, complex investments, and small business needs.
• Engage members in money management conversations to help them save, grow, and protect their finances.
