Hospitalité Canada is hiring a Relationship Manager in Niagara Falls, ON. This full-time, hybrid role involves welcoming students, coordinating with schools and host families, and growing our Homestay network. Expect occasional evenings and weekends and travel within the region.
You will build relationships, solve problems, and communicate across stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

We understand the immense planning and preparation that our students go through prior to their arrival at their new host family’s home. With that in mind, it is our goal to help make their transition to Canada and Canadian lifestyle as easy and exciting as possible.
For over 20 years, Hospitalité Canada has worked closely with local school districts and private schools by successfully accommodating thousands of young students, from over 25 countries, with carefully selected host families. Our staff nurtures a close relationship with our families in an effort to create successful placements and the best possible experience for both host families and students.
Hospitalité Canada is currently seeking a full-time Relationship Manager located in Niagara Falls, ON. As a Relationship Manager you have strong relationship-building skills and can problem-solve issues as they arise. A day might see you welcoming new students to their new community, talking to the student’s school or host family about academic or social issues, and discussing Homestay responsibilities with one of our Canadian hosts. As an integral member of our Operations Team, you’ll be using your strong communication and judgment skills daily, to help build and grow our Homestay network.
It is a hybrid role, work from home office and in-person at school or partner’s office, and potential travel to neighbouring communities with an hourly wage between $25.50-$27.50.
This is a permanent full-time (40 hrs per week) vacant position in Niagara Falls, ON, with in-person work in the Niagara Falls region outside of the city limits.
This is a full-time role and some flexibility in availability will be needed. There may be some evenings and weekends for events or emergencies.
This role requires the successful candidate to be at least 25 years of age and a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. They will also need to have a full and valid drivers license with a reliable vehicle that has at least 2 million auto insurance liability coverage and be able to pass a Criminal Record Check and a Vulnerable Sector Check.
