With that in mind, it is our goal to help make their transition to Canada and Canadian lifestyle as easy and exciting as possible.
For over 20 years, Hospitalité Canada has worked closely with local school districts and private schools by successfully accommodating thousands of young students, from over 25 countries, with carefully selected host families. Our staff nurtures a close relationship with our families in an effort to create successful placements and the best possible experience for both host families and students.
Reporting to the Host Capacity Lead, the Host Ambassador is primarily responsible for qualifying new and existing host families that meet Hospitalité Canada's standard of care.
This is a permanent full-time position (up to 30 hours per week seasonally), compensated with an hourly wage between $24.00-$26.00.
Our Interview/Home Visit and Revisit Compensation Policy applies for the interview and host file completion.
This is a hybrid role with in-person work in the Niagara Falls region and surrounding areas.
This role requires the successful candidate to clear a Criminal Record Check, and vulnerable sector check, to have a full and valid drivers license with a reliable vehicle that has at least 2 million auto insurance liability coverage, a mobile phone for emergency support, a digital camera, and access to high-speed internet.
