Job summary

FCC is seeking a Relationship Manager, Agriculture Business Financing in Canada to manage relationships with local producers and develop a loan portfolio. You’ll tailor financing packages and provide lending and non-lending solutions to help customers grow.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, travel to farms, assess financial documents, and process credit facilities. The role requires English and a customer-service mindset in a hybrid work environment.

• Work with customers to build financing packages that meet their business needs
• Be accountable for the execution of loans, including sales, loan structure, gathering and preparing financial documentation, securing approvals, and collaborating with internal teams to successfully complete financing
• Build relationships with FCC customers and internal partners
• Look for opportunities to build your loan portfolio
• Travel to customer farms and offices to understand their business needs and provide tailored support
• Analyze customer financial information
• Create, process and approve new credit facilities

You’ll work to tailor financing packages to meet your customers’ needs, including both lending and non-lending products, and help them succeed.
