About CDLSI

Canadian Dealer Lease Services Inc. (CDLSI) develops, launches and operates white-label and branded leasing programs for the Canadian retail automotive industry. Through strong industry partnerships and a rapidly growing portfolio, we deliver integrated, scalable leasing solutions across Canada.

Our services span the full lease lifecycle, from program launch and ongoing customer service through end-of-term management and remarketing. We tailor each program to our clients' needs, helping them grow lease volume, strengthen customer and dealer relationships, and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.

The Opportunity

CDLSI is the leading non-captive provider of retail automotive leasing programs in Canada. Our strength is our ability to design and execute customized OEM programs that deliver a captive-like experience for OEM partners, dealers and lessees.

To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to serve as the primary operational contact for assigned OEM partners. This management position works closely with OEM leadership teams, dealer partners, vendors and CDLSI department heads to ensure that program commitments are executed effectively and opportunities for continuous improvement are identified and advanced.

The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of automotive leasing, strong executive communication and presentation skills, and the judgment to coordinate complex priorities across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives related to OEM programs, with a consistent focus on execution quality and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with OEM management teams, dealer partners, internal department heads, external partners and vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned OEM programs and maintain clear accountability for operational follow-through.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations for OEM management audiences, including regular business reviews, status reporting and strategic planning sessions.
  • Monitor and analyze key operating metrics to support efficient, accurate and timely completion of program activities.
  • Track multiple concurrent program deliverables, identify dependencies and risks, and engage the appropriate internal stakeholders to maintain progress.
  • Coordinate the timely resolution of OEM questions and concerns in partnership with CDLSI subject matter experts.
  • Support operational and strategic decision-making by translating program data, stakeholder feedback and business requirements into clear actions.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior client relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive leasing and the Canadian automotive industry.
  • At least 10 years of management-level experience with an automotive OEM and/or captive finance company.
  • Strong presentation, analytical, organizational, time-management and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual fluency in English and French is a strong asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under demanding deadlines, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to respond constructively to challenge, manage differing viewpoints and navigate difficult conversations professionally.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, sound judgment and a high level of integrity.
What Success Looks Like

You bring structure and momentum to complex initiatives, build confidence with senior partners, and ensure that commitments translate into measurable operational results. You are equally comfortable working through details with internal teams and presenting a clear, executive-level view to an OEM partner.
