The Account Manager is responsible for development, retention, and growth of a strategic CDK OEM program and the corresponding activities that make up success for this program. The Account Manager has oversight for OEM account initiatives and the resources needed to achieve strategic business goals aligned with assigned programs. The Account Manager provides leadership and high-level oversight to the matrixed internal CDK teams responsible for delivering OEM program success including customer support, billing, product & technology, and operations. The successful Account Manager employs strong external and internal relationship management skills to ensure client objectives are understood, managed, and executed while maintaining alignment with CDK’s priorities and business strategy.
