Job summary

FCC / FAC is seeking a Relationship Management Associate in Canada to support lending with strong customer relationships and precise administrative work, strengthening decisions and elevating the customer experience.

You will engage with Relationship Managers, identify customer needs, respond to inquiries, and ensure smooth front desk operations. The role requires a business diploma, 2+ years of related experience, and bilingual English/French, with a 21-month term and hybrid work options.

• Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers, helping identify needs and opportunities.

• Keep the office running seamlessly by delivering professional front desk support.
• Perform administrative tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Proactively coordinate office needs to resolve issues before they impact operations.

What you’ll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

• A diploma in business

• A minimum of two years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

• Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

• Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments

Preferred qualifications

• Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, law, agricultural or advisory setting

• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
