FCC is seeking a Relationship Management Associate in Abbotsford to support the lending process by building strong customer relationships and delivering accurate administrative support. This term-fixed role requires a business diploma and at least two years of related experience; knowledge of agriculture or financial services is a plus.

• Answer customer inquiries thoroughly and professionally, creating value and sales opportunities.
• Keep the office running seamlessly by delivering professional front desk support.
• Perform administrative tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Proactively coordinate office needs to resolve issues before they impact operations.
