Job summary

FCC is seeking a Relationship Management Associate to support the lending process by building strong customer relationships and delivering fast, accurate administrative expertise that strengthens decisions and elevates the customer experience.

As part of a team, you’ll work with Relationship Managers to identify customer needs, reach out to customers and prospects, and ensure smooth office operations in a hybrid work setting. A business diploma and relevant experience are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• A diploma in business (required).
• Two years of related experience (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, law, agricultural or advisory setting
• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
