Job summary

BMO Financial Group in Victoriaville is hiring a Personal Banking Associate (full-time, 37.5 hours/week). You will build trusted relationships, provide tailored banking solutions, and guide clients to use digital channels.

Expected licensing includes IFIC, with ongoing development in personal banking and investment advice. You’ll work with branch teams to deliver great service, meet targets, and support operations while following risk and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or sales is desirable.
• Canada: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (within 12 months).
• ITI familiarity with personal banking solutions and referrals.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with personal banking needs and recommend solutions.
• Guide customers through digital and self-serve options.
• Identify referral opportunities with branch partners to grow relationships.
• Participate in risk/compliance procedures and maintain customer privacy.
• Support branch operations and service requests as needed.
