Job summary

Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care is seeking a Temporary Full-Time Rehabilitation Services Supervisor to supervise 30+ staff across Rehabilitation Services, including community, regional and provincial programs.

The role requires strong leadership, clinical oversight, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners. A hybrid work arrangement is offered with office at 500 Church Street, Penetanguishene, ON.

Qualifications

• Rehabilitation Services Certificate Program or Addictions and Mental Health Certification with supervisory experience is required.
• Proven supervisory and leadership experience in rehabilitation services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communications.
• French/English bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to 30+ staff across Rehabilitation Service areas.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews within budgetary parameters.
• Lead development and monitoring of service models and quality improvement initiatives.
• Represent Waypoint in community and Ministry meetings and committees.
