Qualifications

• A Kinesiology degree or PTA/OTA diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the client and the Physiotherapist.
• Assist with the Physiotherapist’s caseloads.
• Assemble chart packages and bar-code charts for offsite storage.
• Process and perform clerical audits for discharged patient charts.
• Maintain a presentable/organized clinic and keep gym area safe.
• Mail out satisfaction surveys to patients and families.
• Administrative tasks including phones, orders, and photocopying.
• Upload service provider reports.

About This Opportunity
