Job summary

CBI Health is seeking a Rehabilitation Assistant to support the London Boler clinic. You will assist Physiotherapists, manage chart packages, and perform clerical duties to keep the clinic organized and efficient.

The role emphasizes strong computer skills, interpersonal communication, and the ability to work both independently and in a team, with a dynamic, fast-paced schedule and daily patient interactions.

Qualifications

• A Kinesiology degree or PTA/OTA diploma.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the client and the Physiotherapist.
• Assist with the Physiotherapist's caseloads.
• Assemble chart packages and bar-code charts for offsite storage.
• Process and perform clerical audits for discharged patient charts; maintain a presentable/organized clinic and ensure safety in the gym area.
• Mail out satisfaction surveys to patients and their families.
• Administrative tasks, including answering phones, processing supply orders and photocopying documents.
• Uploading service provider reports.

As a Rehabilitation Assistant supporting our London Boler clinic, you will be responsible for shared administrative support functions in a team environment as well as responsible for assisting the Physiotherapists with their caseload. Dynamic, versatile and energized by a busy schedule, you welcome the opportunity to demonstrate your strong computer, analytical and organizational skills and your success in meeting timelines.

Starting wage: $18.00–$19.00 per hour
