Job summary

Qualifications

• A Kinesiology degree or PTA/OTA diploma.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the client and the Physiotherapist.
• Assist with the Physiotherapist’s caseloads.
• Assemble chart packages and bar-code charts for offsite storage.
• Process and perform clerical audits for discharged patient charts.
• Maintain a presentable/organized clinic and ensure gym area safety.
• Mail out satisfaction surveys to patients and their families.
• Administrative tasks, including answering phones, processing supply orders and photocopying documents.
• Uploading service provider reports.

As a Rehabilitation Assistant supporting our London Boler clinic, you will be responsible for shared administrative support functions in a team environment as well as responsible for assisting the Physiotherapists with their caseload.
