About This Opportunity

If you are a dynamic Rehabilitation Assistant interested in personal and professional growth, CBI Health has an excellent opportunity for you. As a Rehabilitation Assistant at our Kitchener Greenbrook Health Centre, you will support physiotherapists with their caseloads and handle shared administrative functions in a team environment. We value strong computer, analytical, and organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Daily Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the client and the Physiotherapist
• Assist with the Physiotherapist’s caseloads
• Assemble chart packages and bar-code charts for offsite storage
• Process and perform clerical audits for discharged patient charts
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic and ensure safety in the gym area
• Mail out satisfaction surveys to patients and their families
• Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, processing supply orders, and photocopying
• Upload service provider reports

Qualifications for Success

• A Kinesiology degree, PTA/OTA diploma, or international Physiotherapy degree
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Ability to work under pressure, follow directions, and work independently or in a team
• Strong organizational skills
