Role Overview

The Regulatory Reporting function is crucial for Finance’s risk management and compliance. We need a motivated Regulatory Reporting Analyst to ensure accurate and timely filing of reports across various jurisdictions, collaborating with teams across the organization. This role reports to the Regulatory Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and coordinate regulatory report filings and respond to inquiries from licensing bodies.
2. Assist with audits—internal, external, and regulatory.
3. Draft and maintain reporting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with controls.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in public accounting or financial services, preferably in fintech.
• Experience with regulatory reporting such as CCAR, FR Y-9C, FFIEC 031.
• Knowledge of state money transmission licensing is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and prioritization.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reporting tools like Workiva and Netsuite.
• Basic SQL knowledge and experience with Snowflake, Looker, or similar tools.
