Qualifications

  • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support product development and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and submit product master files and regulatory dossiers.
  • Serve as a link between R&D, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and Sales.

We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Associate who excels in a team-oriented setting and can seamlessly integrate regulatory knowledge with practical execution. This role serves as a vital link across departments, working closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and Sales to support product development, ensure regulatory compliance, and facilitate market access for our dietary supplements and natural health products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 3 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or natural health product sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of Canadian (NNHPD, Health Canada) and international regulatory standards.
  • Experience in preparing and submitting product master files and regulatory dossiers.
  • Ability to accurately interpret and apply regulatory requirements during product development and labeling.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
