Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a capable IT Platform Support professional to manage L1/L2 tickets, collaborate with diverse teams, and drive rapid resolution for a complex investment technology platform. You will engage with Linux systems, cloud services, and container orchestration to keep services reliable and scalable.

The role emphasizes ITIL processes (ServiceNow), Terraform, AWS, and Kubernetes, with additional exposure to scripting and automation. Toronto-based, on-site workspace is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with Git and GitHub in a production environment.
• Strong Linux administration and networking basics.
• Familiar with ITIL incident and change management (ServiceNow).
• Hands-on with Terraform and AWS (VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM).
• Kubernetes administration and Docker containerization.
• Scripting knowledge (bash, PowerShell) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle L1/L2 platform tickets and escalate to L3 as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
• Investigate issues and provide detailed resolution steps.
• Assist in platform improvements and automation.
