AMA - Alberta Motor Association is seeking a Navigation Centre Registry Agent for the Salvation Army Centre of Hope in Calgary. You will assist clients with identification applications and other registry transactions, explaining requirements clearly and maintaining confidentiality.

Are you a compassionate, approachable person who is patient, empathetic and ready to help people through challenging circumstances? This role is based at the Salvation Army Centre of Hope, where you’ll support vulnerable individuals with important registry and identification services.
As a Navigation Centre Registry Agent, you’ll help people access essential services, including applying for identification and Alberta Health Care cards. You’ll explain processes clearly, listen without judgement and provide calm, respectful support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds, following policies and procedures, protecting confidential information, and finding practical solutions while maintaining patience and compassion.
