Alberta Motor Association (AMA) is seeking a friendly, service-oriented candidate to join our Registries team in Calgary. You will assist members with registry and membership products, handling inquiries with a smile and delivering accurate information.

The role emphasizes welcoming interactions, policy familiarity, and timely, confidential processing of transactions. AMA values inclusivity and community support, with ample training and growth opportunities.

• Assess Alberta Health and Wellness applications with care.
• Stay up to date on policies and system updates for compliance.
• Represent AMA with professionalism and empathy.

• Support call flow for general registries, corporate registries, and road tests.
• Complete registry, membership, and service transactions accurately, confidentially, and in a timely manner.
• Assess Alberta Health and Wellness applications with accuracy and care.
• Stay up to date on policies, procedures, and system updates to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Represent AMA with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to helping every member.

What You Bring To The Table

• You’re at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• You have a current Police Information Check (PIC).
• You bring strong communication skills and experience in sales or customer service.
• You’re committed to learning and growing in a supportive team environment.
• Your positive attitude and genuine desire to help people matter most — we’ll provide the training you need!

• Commissioner for Oaths (Registry-related business)
