Job summary

AMA - Alberta Motor Association is seeking a friendly, service‑oriented team member for a roving registries position. The role involves supporting members with registry and membership products and services across AMA Calgary centres, delivering friendly, accurate guidance, and upholding policies with a smile.

You will join a busy Registries team, handling transactions accurately, learning applicable regulations, and helping members in person while providing a welcoming, helpful experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• 18 years or older
• Police Information Check (PIC) current or willing to obtain
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in sales or customer service considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service and relevant solutions to members across registries and road tests.
• Complete registry, membership, and service transactions accurately and confidentially.
• Assess Alberta Health and Wellness applications with accuracy and care.
• Stay up to date on policies, procedures, and system updates.
• Represent AMA with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to helping every member.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Provide outstanding service and relevant solutions to our members, promoting AMA products and services that meet their needs.
• Support call flow for general registries, corporate registries, and road tests.
• Complete registry, membership, and service transactions accurately, confidentially, and in a timely manner.
• Assess Alberta Health and Wellness applications with accuracy and care.
• Stay up to date on policies, procedures, and system updates to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Represent AMA with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to helping every member.

What You Bring To The Table

• You’re at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• You have a current Police Information Check (PIC).
• You bring strong communication skills and experience in sales or customer service.
• You’re committed to learning and growing in a supportive team environment.
• Your positive attitude and genuine desire to help people matter most — we’ll provide the training you need!
