Job summary

Cranbrook Veterinary Hospital is a busy, well-established veterinary hospital focused on high-quality medicine, great teamwork, and a positive work environment.

We’re looking for a Veterinary Technician who enjoys hands-on patient care and working as part of a collaborative team—experienced RVTs or new grads welcome.

You’ll provide nursing care, assist with anesthesia and surgery, run diagnostics, educate clients, and help maintain accurate medical records. Relocation and ongoing CE are available.

Qualifications

• Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
• Strong technical and animal handling skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Confident communicator with clients and coworkers

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent nursing care and patient monitoring
• Assisting with anesthesia, surgery, and dental procedures
• Performing diagnostics including lab work, radiographs, and sample collection
• Supporting veterinarians during exams and treatments
• Educating clients and providing clear discharge instructions
• Maintaining accurate medical records
• Helping keep the hospital clean, organized, and running smoothly
