Job summary

University Health Network (UHN) is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist at West Park Healthcare Centre in Toronto. The role provides 24/7 respiratory therapy services to a broad patient population, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Current CRTO registration.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Membership in CSRT/RTSO.

Responsibilities

• Care and management of mechanically ventilated patients with tracheostomy.
• Airway management and oxygen therapy assessments.
• Tracheostomy tube management and ventilation care.
• Education for patients and families; interdisciplinary collaboration.
